I was very hesitant to receive this laptop as I had just returned another one to a similar refurbisher on Amazon. But I'm sure glad I bought it. Little nick down to the metal bezel is observable near the lid edge but that doesn't deter me. What matters is the pure performance that I've observed from the machine today and it delivers as promised with all 32Gb of RAM and Ryzen9 horsepower! It's a sleeper gaming PC!

Came exactly as described. The laptop and the charger were securely packed in a box with more than enough padding to ensure no harm would have been sustained by the device. Had a minor issue with the activation of Windows 11 Pro but the seller promptly provided a key. Absolutely recommended, if I want a refurbished product, I will be coming to this seller.

Very bad experience, I will never buy from this seller again, I received an item with dents on the laptop chassis (See Photos) this was not in the description, an item was paid for 5 ⭐, this should only have 4 and of course it should mention in the description and therefore the price should be according to the condition of the item... Fast shipping, excellent packaging, I couldn't recommend it to any of my friends and I will definitely never buy from this store again.
